How do I return an item?

OUR POLICY

Item Availability:
The merchandise availability on sacredgear.com is subject to change. To stay informed of new arrivals and sales, you can register to receive our newsletter when creating an account.  There may be variations between our website merchandise and our warehouse stock.  Some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

Account Registration:
Filling the registration form and registering is required to complete any transaction on sacredgear.com. You may register or log-in to your account by accessing the "my account" link. 
We do not use or give your email to third party solicitors.
Registering also allows you to:
-Track orders.
-Verify your order.
-Checkout faster.
-Receive email updates and promotions.
-Modify your account at any time.

Checkout:
At the point of checking out, you will be prompted to sign into your account. You will be able to make changes to your cart until the order is confirmed. 
Shopping at sacredgear.com is safe. Personal information provided on sacredgear.com is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. For more information, please consult the privacy policy section.

Payments:

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
When your order is received your card is put through a standard  Pre-Authorization check on your credit card.  Your card will be charged when the order has been processed, quality inspected, packed and ready to be shipped.  If your billing and shipping information are not correct or incomplete Sacred Gear will contact you to confirm the correct information before your order is shipped.

Shipping:
Sacred Gear ships all items via UPS and partnered with USPS.  Shipping rates are estimated and given at the time of purchase.  The actual shipping cost will be calculated at the time that your order is processed.  All packages will be tracked and must be signed for.

Sacred Gear is not responsible if you are unable to receive the package, if it goes to the wrong address or is lost through shipper's mishandling.  If the items are not received and return-shipped back to Sacred Gear, you will be charged the actual return-shipping fee.  This shipping fee may be more than the original shipment fee.  

If you choose to return your items, you will be responsible for the shipping fee and tracking for the returned package.  The original item(s) will need to be approved and shipped with all original packaging and original tags attached.  We will contact you when we receive the package properly and your returned item(s) will be credited.

We currently do not ship orders overnight.

We do not ship internationally outside of the United States.

Returns:
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your items.  All returns must contain the original Packing Slip.  We encourage you to make a copy of your packing slip for your own records.  Your returns must also have and RA# (Return Authorization).  The returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the receipt of the RA#.   You can obtain an RA# by contacting us at info@sacredgear.com.  Please include your order number along with the description of the item(s) you wish to return.  The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the package.  Items that are not accompanied by the original packing slip and do not have an RA# will be subject to a $5 Restocking Fee that will be deducted from the return credit if applicable.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  The balance of the returned shipment will be refunded to your original credit card within 5 business days of receipt.  We are not responsible for lost or delay of packages being returned by shipper's mishandling.  Packages must be returned using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged and must be suitable for resale, with all original packaging and tags attached, No Exceptions.  A $5 restocking fee will be charged if extra servicing is needed to restock item i.e. steaming or pressing.  We do not exchange merchandise.  Any new items may be purchased in a new transaction.  There are no price adjustments on previous purchases.  All mark-downs, sale or clearance, underwear, swimwear, costume & pierced jewelry are Final Sale.
